DHARMENDRA KHERADA

Mr. Dharmendra a Chartered Accountant by profession is the founder and spirit behind Aadidaivam International (ADI). With the experience of more than 20 years, he has worked closely with clients to embrace a transformational approach aimed at benefiting all stakeholders-empowering organizations to grow, build sustainable competitive advantage, and drive positive societal impact. During his career span he has managed assignments for large PSU groups and listed groups by providing them with auditing, advisory, and accounting services with clients across sectors such as Oil & Gas, Power Generation, Financial Institution’s and Infrastructure Companies.

CHETAN JOSHI

Mr. Chetan a Chartered Accountant by profession, Chetan carries with him over two decades of experience in corporate finance, banking & financial services. Chetan brings with him experience in fundraising, project finance, investing, creating value, and monetizing investments across several sectors, including retail, infrastructure, and manufacturing. In creating value for the organizations, he has worked for, he actively participated in partnering with strategic team for operational improvements, competitive marketing positioning and sustainable expansion.

RAVI BOBRA

Mr. Ravi is a Chartered Accountant by profession and was working with Standard Chartered Bank prior to joining the company. Ravi possesses rich experience in credit underwriting for large corporates, IPO grading for financial Institutions and value-added financial research for credit rating agencies.

RENU CHOUDHARY

Ms. Renu is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary by profession. Her area of expertise are Corporate Law, Foreign exchange regulations and allied laws. During her career span, she has advised clients on FEMA, SEBI advisory, Secretarial Audit, Funds Regulations and GST Implementation & Advisory. She has worked extensively with clients across sectors such as Infrastructure, Financial Services and FMCG.

ANIL CHAUHAN

Mr. Anil is a Chartered Accountant by profession with a solid experience of 15 plus years he brings extensive experience and knowledge in the field of India’s Indirect Tax Laws with a particular focus on GST, erstwhile Central Excise, Service Tax, VAT, Indian Customs laws, EXIM policies, Foreign Trade Policy, Central and State incentives, SEZ, EOU laws, etc. He specializes in advising clients on complex indirect tax matters, tax optimization, tax dispute management and day to day indirect tax matters.

SHRIPATH PINCHA

Mr. Shripath is a Chartered Accountant by profession, carries vast knowledge, and more than 20 years of experience in tax and regulatory matters. He specializes in the banking, financial services, and private equity sector. He advises banks, insurance companies, non-banking financial companies, private equity funds, mutual funds, Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPI), infrastructure funds and real estate funds on tax and regulatory aspects, including fund structuring, cash repatriation, investments and exits.

Mr. Uttam a Cost Accountant by profession has been involved in consulting companies across sectors for growth, strategy, business planning, treasury, Risk Management, and Corporate Affairs. he has been at the forefront of strategic planning, transformation, and growth of many globally recognized organizations. Owing to his two decades+ years of rich experience as a transformational leader and visionary. He is a change -agent and a respected troubleshooter for organizations.

NEHA JOSHI

Ms Neha is a qualified Cost Accountant and an experienced professional with a demonstrated history of working in the financial services industry. She has worked with consulting companies in UAE and India.
She has been a Proactive leader with core expertise in Advisory Services-Business set-up, company formation, business support NRI Family Office, Taxation, Estate Planning.

ARIHANT KHERADA

Mr. Arihant is a young and enthusiastic team member and has been closely involved in complete Project Management, from conceptualizing to execution of the project and simultaneously developing the business strategy, business processes, organization structuring, and client relationship management. He has gained exposure to a range of industries including Consumer Products, Private Equity, Personal Wealth, Automobiles, E-Commerce platforms, and Financial Services.
